Practice Management Team
SLLP’s Practice Management team provide business, IT and administrative support to the practice and maintain SLLP’s ISO 9001:2015 accreditation. The team also run the support desk for the award winning Digital Courtrooms.
Sherine Akku Head of Practice
Sherine joined the South London Legal Partnership in 2025 as Head of Practice, bringing a strong background in strategic leadership, having worked for several years across shared service local government. Her earlier career includes experience at the Financial Ombudsman Service, where she developed a solid foundation in financial oversight, regulatory compliance, and risk awareness.
At SLLP, Sherine provides strategic direction for the development and delivery of practice management functions to support service delivery for the five boroughs. She plays a key role in aligning resources, driving improvement initiatives, and strengthening collaboration across the teams.
A trained Change Management Practitioner and PRINCE2-trained professional, Sherine has led several large-scale transformation programmes. She is also deeply committed to equality, diversity and inclusion, and to creating environments where people feel valued and can thrive.
Natasha Nahrwold, Practice Manager
Natasha joined the Merton and Richmond Shared Legal Service as a Business Admin Apprentice back in 2012. Since then she has had a few different roles during the creation and expansion of SLLP and in 2017 she then became the Legal Systems Manager.
Natasha is now the Practice Manager managing various financial and business aspects of the organisation as well as the continued development of IT to the 5 borough legal partnership. She also leads on managing the electronic bundling system provided in various children’s courts across London.
