ISO 9001:2015 – SLLP went through an inspection in August 2025 and were successfully re-accredited for a further 3 years. ISO 9001:2015 is a powerful business improvement tool, providing the framework and guidance needed to help consistently meet our client’s expectations and regulatory requirements. This includes the need to demonstrate our ability to enhance client satisfaction through the effective application and improvement of the system.
Congratulations to Hassan Bokhari of the South London Legal Partnership who has been ranked joint 4th in the Planning Resource Annual Planning Law Survey 2026 list of the UK’s highest-rated council planning lawyers.
Dispute Resolution and Compliance Team – 22nd July 2026: SLLP, on behalf of it’s five Boroughs led a successful application of 14 Boroughs when successfully apply to intervene in the above appeal before the Supreme Court. It had particular importance to all local housing authorities as it determined that there was an effective discharge of the main housing duty pursuant to Housing Act 1996 when an offer for either private rented sector accommodation, or settled accommodation is made, whether accepted or not.
