Our Achievements

ISO 9001:2015 – SLLP went through an inspection in September 2022 and were successfully re-accredited for a further 3 years. ISO 9001:2015 is a powerful business improvement tool, providing the framework and guidance needed to help consistently meet our client’s expectations and regulatory requirements. This includes the need to demonstrate our ability to enhance client satisfaction through the effective application and improvement of the system.

March 2024 – Richmond and Wandsworth took part in the GLA funding for Refugee Housing Funding and the DLUHC grant funding, which also accommodated Afghani and Ukrainian refugees. Both Councils hit the target for two consecutive years to acquire over 70 properties (per year). 

April 2024 – SLLP successfully completed after lengthy negotiation, a high profile letting at the John Lewis Riverside building in the heart of Kingston which required the consent of John Lewis PLC thereby meeting launch deadlines.

Completed a project for Wandsworth property & parks team involving the construction of a new padel court facility at King George Park. Documentation was completed in just 3 weeks which enabled the tenant/service provider to start the build with an aim to open the padel courts in time for summer for the community to enjoy.

South London Legal Partnership won the LGC award in 2017 in ‘Driving Efficiency Through Technology’ for the creation of Digital Courtrooms
